As you know, at HomeExchange, you can choose to do your reciprocal exchanges (simultaneous or not) either with or without GuestPoints.
It seems that most members choose reciprocal exchanges without GuestPoints, on the principle that an exchange is an exchange, and that both parties benefit equally.
However, it is also possible to agree to use GuestPoints, for example if one of the two parties will stay longer, or because of the difference in GuestPoints assigned to the two homes.
Check your settings
Whatever your choice, I encourage you to make sure your settings are properly configured in your listing:
Go to My Home > GuestPoints
Tick or untick the option:
“For reciprocal exchanges, I want the value of my home to be shown as 0 GuestPoints”
