Just had a guest wanting to cancel their stay and we’ve offered to refund the GP’s.
Who initiates the cancellation? The guest or the host and how do you return the points? Want to know how do this correctly to stay in good standing on the platform.

I no longer refund the points when a cancellation, I can never be sure I will get another request for the very same period and spent enough time chatting with a guest already #bother to start again from scratch
