I do it the same way and I can see what I posted. However, I sometimes make the mistake of trying to use smileys. I can see them allright when I post, but when i submit the review, all the text after the first smiley dissapears … So I am trying to remember to not use smileyes next time …
I think it would really help if the reviews had a preview. Then you can see what you’re really sending in. You can also check for spelling mistakes.

Thanks I’m wondering now if perhaps I was over thé word limit !! I’ll try again.. I am using the app tho not desktop to be clear

I will check with our product team, but I am quote sure that it is possible to copy and paste your response. Perhaps you are correct and you were over the word limit.

Ok so it should be possible to copy and paste yes. Can I ask whether you were using the Android or iOS version? On Android you can click on “paste” in the text field and it should paste any text copied in the text field. On iOS we don’t have the new interface (the paste button) but the copy/paste should work too.

Also some VERY exciting news! On Android you can now use emojis  This fix isn’t live on iOS yet but I have been told it should be live by the end of the year hopefully.

I can totally relate to that frustration—it’s much easier to draft a long review in notes first and then paste it in, rather than retyping everything. Many platforms limit pasting into comment fields to reduce spam, but it does create an inconvenience for genuine users. A possible workaround is breaking your review into smaller chunks if the system allows partial posting. Another option is contacting support directly to suggest enabling paste for trusted accounts. It’s definitely a feature worth adding, since it encourages thoughtful, detailed reviews instead of discouraging people from sharing longer, valuable feedback.
