Ive see some reviews with “I do not wish to add any comment” and I guess is the red flag to not say anything wrong but I understand is a bad review.
I guess everybody is afraid to leave bad comments or feedback and recieve the same in return.
Very sad as I rely a lot on comments and feedback.

I have spoken to our product team who have been able to explain to me a bit more about why you see this automated review “I do not wish to add any comment”. When an exchange is cancelled, the exchange partner has the possibility to leave a review, from 3 pre-written options. This is one of those options. So it sounds like this means the exchange hasn’t happened. If you see this kind of automatic reply then my advice would always be to speak to the host and ask. Often there is a simple reason and this may put your mind at rest. Please note that I have also flagged this up as being something for our product team to address/change.
