As stated on the website, Guest Points are only awarded for the first 10 friends you invite, meaning a maximum of 2,500 GP. The issue is that if any of those first 10 friends sign up and complete their profile, but do not go on to list their home or pay for a membership, only 50 GP are awarded. However, that person still counts as one of your 10 invited friends, which limits your chances of reaching the full 2,500 GP.
This creates an unfair situation: if later on, other friends —who are more motivated and actually complete the process— sign up and pay for the full membership, you don’t receive the 200 GP for them simply because the 10-person limit was already reached by users who didn’t complete their subscription.
Therefore, I suggest that the limitation should not be based on the number of invited friends, but rather only on the maximum cap of 2,500 GP that can be earned through referrals — regardless of how many friends it takes to reach that amount.
Additionally, for those of us who take part in HE Day, I believe that people who register as a result of our participation in this promotional event should not be counted as part of our 10 invited friends, as it is a marketing campaign promoted by HomeExchange.
