Hi can anyone help? I have been trying unsuccessfully to verify my account but the email delay means that it is not working and taking too long. The person responding does not acknowledge my documents or respond directly to my questions and so I do not know how to resolve this this. Any suggestions before I delete my account- so far I have had 40+ responses for stays and I can do nothing at all….

My verification has been pending for 10 years (since the merger). It’s still pending now.
So if you can use your account to exchange, forget the verification.
It does not work properly.
Unfortunately the properties I want to request to visit require guest verification!
Thank you. I just await their reply and then replied back explainimng what th eissue was but they don’t seem to read the emails I just keep getting the same message - even when I attach the document they requersted. As you have to wait each time and cannot directly chat it has become very painful!
You can ask to talk to an another person , it could help
Thanks Etienne - I am just frustrated as I really want to request from a property but they do not accept requests from unverified people and in the meantime I am getting 10 requests a day which I cant react to…
Ok. A New verification without human control is starting right now, so it will be faster soon. But in the meantime, Ask to talk to someone from internal team, it should help.
