70 exchanges is not so many, some hosts who do it for decades have done way more than this, myself in 15 years more than 100 and I know members who are around 200-300

Do you know there is a set up which allow not to negociate at 0/0 for reciprocical exchange?
In the listing, both parties set up :
For a reciprocal exchange, I want my home to be set at 0 GuestPoints = YES.
So you don’t have to negociate. The request shows up automatically at 0 GP.
Most of the members choose YES.
In 2 decades , only 2 had not turned up and they were newbies.

The current record is by a Spanish member - they carried out 52 exchanges in one year in 2024 - and in total more than 300 in total!
