Many members are giving stupid answers like " it’s near the centre of the town". What we want to read is a description of the house/apartment. There are thousands of owners of apartments who don’t even write on which floor it is!
I think “What will your guests love about your home” misleads new members and is the biggest flaw in your platform. It’s conducive to a short answer.
My suggestion to change it with “Write a proper description of your home” should make a big difference.
I like the desciritions that you think are stupid! 
I think it could be both: something about the lay-out and features of the home, and something about the location. Maybe it would help if HE put a section about how to fill in your profile on the site, or maybe put this in a welcoming message when a person has made a profile. It could give tips on what things to include where.

I meant that some give a very short answer like " it’s near the centre of the town". Just that! What I expect to read FIRST is a proper description of the home’s layout.
For the location there’s the second question “What will your guests love about your neighborhood?” This one needs no change, but the first one yes, as I said above.
