Good afternoon everyone,
I am Due to arrive at someone’s home in three weeks. Unfortunately I fractured my ankle last week. I’m not 100% certain if I’m be able to travel at all, but even if I do, the home has many stairs to navigate. Is there any recourse for managing this? If I decide the stairs are going to be too much to manage do I forfeit the guest points or is there another option?

I’m so sorry to hear you’ve fractured your foot. Even more frustrating that it is just before your trip. Susan is correct, the best thing to do is to contact Member Support asap and they can advise you on the correct procedure. Fingers crossed for your speedy recovery
