I sent a communication via the CONTACT form on the HE webiste (not the Forum). I got an auto-generated response. Where can I review the messages I’ve sent them? Since it’s done on the HE website, versus my personal Email, I have no way of viewing my past, or recent messages. With other companies, they usually include the original text in the auto-reply.

I have tested this myself and you are correct, when you send a message via the online contact form (https://help.homeexchange.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) you do indeed receive a very quick automatic response, but there is not a copy of your original message attached. I will feed this back to the team and let them know that this is a feature you would find useful.
