In need of some help please. I am really struggling with the site. I have received an email from someone interested in our home but cannot find that email on HE. I can’t reply to her email can’t see anything that links me to her home. Don’t know what I am doing wrong or whether it’s possible it’s a scam?

To find an email you need to go onto your account and look under messages.
If you aren’t seeing messages maybe your app isnt uploaded correctly and needs updating ( quite unlikely though) .

If you wish to contact member service you need to use the contact form on the site. There is no way to contact them by email. I would advise you not to reply to the message received but to contact member service through the site and ask them to check your account to be sure that you aren’t victim of a scam.
I’ve just sent you a ‘request’ message on the site to check with you’re receiving medsages correctly or not.
