I was with HE back in the early days with many successful exchanges, with a new house to exchange I’ve decided to come back. It’s changed a bit for sure and I’m having 0 response rate to my requests even when it says the exchanger has 100% response rate. Not sure I’ve set my listing up right who can I run it by? Welcome back! Its very frustrating when members dont reply, but surprising your getting 0 response.
Your listing looks fine, even if there are a few things that may make your search more difficult.
The first most obvious one is the fact that you have no experience on your profile having not already exchanged. This means that you have no comments for members to compare either as a host or guest.
In this case your search is rather adventurous, skiing for such a large group will no doubt be difficult to find. Maybe you should start with a smaller exchange nearer to home and also have guests to your place.
Your cleaning fee is also high and may put people off.
Your calendar is in green, its probably better to put it in yellow or blue. Members searching ONLY for points, or ONLY reciprocal won’t be shown your home. With such a nice home you may find yellow works well for you.

As your calendar shows yellow, you might also consider clarifying in your profile whether the cleaning fees apply only to GP exchanges, or also to reciprocal ones. As you may know, the expectation of cleaning fees can be a big turn off for reciprocal exchanges, for members who don’t practice charging a cleaning fee. It is just an opinion, do with it what you wish
