A Badge for Members with Active Memberships
That’s why HomeExchange introduced the Loyalty Badge. This badge, displayed on members’ profiles, reflects their dedication to the community.
The badge is awarded to members with an active annual membership, which is required to finalize home exchanges.
What Does the Badge Mean?
The badge includes a number, representing the consecutive years a member has maintained active membership:
- A “1” means less than one year of membership.
- A “2” means less than two years, and so on.
This number increases every year, as long as the membership is renewed without interruption.
With this badge, we aim to celebrate and reward our loyal members who are committed to the HomeExchange community.
Loyalty Rewarded with a Discount
In addition to the badge, loyal members benefit from a loyalty discount: members who renew their membership yearly without interruption receive a reduced rate.
If membership lapses, the standard rate (€160/year) will apply, even if you previously had a discounted rate.

To ensure you keep your Loyalty Badge and discounted rate, activate automatic renewal for your membership. Simply go to:
My Account > My Membership
By default, accounts on HomeExchange are set to automatic renewal. This guarantees smooth exchanges and keeps you covered under our guarantees.
