Hi there,
New member here with a technical support question. I’ve been trying for several days to upload verification documents, but before the upload page, the website keeps showing the message “We’re sorry, something went wrong. Try to send your documents again.”
I’ve tried clearing cookies and also tried different browsers on my computer and phone, so I think it might be a technical problem on homeexchange.com.
Any feedback from support would be greatly appreciated, thank you,
