I am fairly new to HE and I just received a request for a guest point exchange but the person requesting is using his account and points for his friends and adult daughter to stay.
Is this normal? I thought I would be dealing with members only exchanging with members.
Hello. That’s not normal except if the daughter still lives with this member.

And even if people are within the guidelines if you don’t feel comfortable in the swap it is not a booking site you do not have to accept any swap. You can say it does not work for you. While I sometimes give a reason if I think a future swap or different dates would maybe work out some time or if I will never have an interest in the location you don’t have to give a reason.
