Reduced guest points

Hi,

I have guests coming for a few days and require only one room. The exchange is for guest points how do I approve their exchange for a lower amount of points than the original (full house)

Hello. In the exchange details , you have a line with the gp value per night. You just edit there

You can lock up the spare room so they can’t use it.
If it happens regularly, maybe it is better to do another listing with 1 bedroom.
Because problem are :

  • they may use all the place.
  • They will ask to lower the number of GPs to the others.

I would recommend setting up two listings for your home:

  1. for the entire house

  2. a hospitality listing (https://help.homeexchange.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019707377-Can-I-host-guests-while-I-m-staying-at-home)

Then you can classify easily how many GuestPoints are required for each type of exchange.
