Option to search for 'outside area' or 'balcon/terrace/garden'

I would really appreciate it if I could search for ‘outside seating’ or something like that. As hosts at HE we distinguish between ‘garden’ and ‘balcony/terrace’, which is correct. But for having breakfast, a drink or dinner outside I don’t care where I sit. And for me a seat outside can be a ‘must have’. But we can only search for ‘garden’ or ‘balcony/terrace’, which excludes houses that only offer one of these options.

Is it possible to add the search option ‘balcony/terrace/garden’ (where houses with one of these options are filtered) to the other options? That would be very useful.

I wonder if more members have this wish.
