Is there a filter whereby I can look for couples or individuals who wish to swap? Our apartment is not suitable for under-16s, so it would be a great help for us when Searching.
Similarly, if I have nowhere specific in mind, knowing there would be a cat to sit would be a great attraction! Is there a filter for that?

You can filter out homes with pets (for example if you have allergies), however I don’t think it is possible to filter to only INCLUDE homes with pets. This has been discussed though before so I will put it to the team.
