Since the introduction of the automatic decline after 4 days [ 💥 NEW: You now have a maximum of 4 days to finalize pre-approved exchanges – faster responses to streamline your planning ], many of you have shared feedback asking for more flexible reply options.
The purpose of the automatic decline is to encourage timely replies — not to push you into making a decision too quickly.
This feature is currently available on the web only and will be rolled out to the app very soon.
Introducing the “Maybe” reply
To give you more time to think without putting the conversation on hold, you now have three quick reply options. Each one comes with a suggested message that you can fully edit:

The extra bonus: As always, each reply remains fully customizable with your own message.

This feature was tested with a group of members in November and December, with very positive feedback. We’re excited to now make it available to the entire community.
We hope the new “Maybe” option helps you manage your requests more easily, especially if you receive a lot of them.
