Here are my suggestions for a smooth home exchange
Be courteous and polite at all times
Respond quickly to requests don’t cancel “push” notifications from home exchange
Include lots of great quality pictures of your surrounding area in your advert
Be patient so send out loads of invitations and don’t expect list of simultaneous reciprocals as they can be rare
Have a clear list of rules for your exchange
