HomeExchange staff intervention - GPs taken

Hi everyone,
I was just looking at our GPs and where we got them etc when I noticed we had been deducted 200 points! It states ‘HomeExchange staff intervention’ and then -200GP. Does anyone know what this is???

Hi , there is one simple solution to your question, contact member service and ask them :wink:. I can’t see how to help you otherwise.

That does seem very strange. I see that you’ve contacted member services this morning. Has the issue now been resolved?

Yes I contacted them and just got a Bot response. I’m waiting to hear from someone as the Bot was not helpful.

I have checked your request and re-opened your query with member services. I think it was closed after your chat with the bot. It looks like on the 26th Feb you were issued the 200GP Profile Verification bonus twice, so I think it’s just a correction of this error. However I am certainly not an expert in this area so member services should be able to help you confirm the issue. I’ve asked them to contact you :slight_smile:
