I'm new here and have a question:

Since we'll be traveling with HomeExchange at the beginning of October, our house will be available.

Does anyone know how I can contact members (who have marked our house as a favorite) and ask if they're interested in exchanging it for guest points? I've already tried, but every time I click submit, it just keeps going around and around and nothing happens.

Hello . It’s probably a bug with your web browser. Please check if yours is up to date, and/or try with an another one, it should help.

I've actually always used Firefox, and it's up to date, and it's worked for HomeExchange so far (for over 10 years). Thanks for the tip, because I really wouldn't have thought of that (precisely because it's worked for years). Have a nice Sunday.

Ok, I use it myself but as it becomes very less used nowadays, I think it will happen more and more in the future on various sites
