It can happen if you log in on a wrong account. It’s a personnal problem, please contact the support to check with you
Welcome to the Forum Have you managed to resolve this issue? As Etienne has mentioned it sounds like perhaps you have logged into the wrong account or created a new one by accident.
No it was a weird glitch on the app - a tech adviser has returned them to me. Whether that would have happened automatically if I hadn’t noticed is another question… I doubt it
