Hi there everyone. I pre-approved a request which I now need to decline onky because it was made by the wrong Home Exchanger. It is the other party that needs tj make the request as that is where the guest points are. Please help - how do we get this corrected?

The easiest way is probably to cancel this approval and start again with a new request.

Hi yes, through chat i received the answer i needed and now my visitor request has been finalized.
