We are new to HomeExchange and would love to host our first HomeExchangers in our apartment.
Here is our home : Charming Parisian Apartment
We used to rent out our apartment on Booking but would now prefer to host HomeExchangers instead.
A quick introduction to the apartment:
Very central location in the 11th arrondissement, surrounded by cafés, restaurants, bars, concert venues, shops, and cultural spots to explore. It is ideally located just a 1-minute walk from the Couronne metro station (Line 2), a 5-minute walk from Belleville (Lines 2 and 11), and a 10-minute walk from Parmentier (Line 3). It is a peaceful Parisian apartment (facing the courtyards), spacious and fully equipped! We’ve put a lot of care into the décor and hope you’ll love it.
Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), the apartment measures 50 square meters. You’ll find three large windows in the living area, one in the bedroom, and one in the kitchen. There is also a small window in the bathroom. You can enjoy views of the Parisian sky while sitting comfortably on one of the velvet sofas. The apartment is dual-aspect and bright.
You’ll find a modern, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, stovetop, kettle, washing machine, dryer, fridge, dishwasher, freezer, etc.), even though the capital is packed with delicious restaurants. There is a 30m² living area (lounge + dining room) with two sofas (seating three people each), a TV, and a dining table for six. There are also plants dotted throughout!
A charming bedroom featuring classic moldings: a double bed will be made up and ready for you! There are two pillows per person.
A bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, storage space, and toilet. Fresh, clean towels will be provided for your use! The apartment has been fully renovated and accommodates two people. It offers a comfortable setting for a wonderful stay in Paris.
The atmosphere is pleasant, chic, and soothing—just what you need after a long day of walking!
You will find solid wood flooring throughout the apartment.
The building is secure, featuring two doors with access codes.
The apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi.
You will have access to the entire apartment.
A closet is available for storing your belongings if you wish; it includes both shelves and hanging space. You are free to use our dishes and the refrigerator. We will also leave some storage space for you in the bathroom. Other closets will be locked to store our personal items during your stay.
