Hello fellow home exchangers. It’s a great time of year to look forward to wonderful exchanges in the summer .
Unfortunately I have been unable to access the HE desktop site for a couple of weeks - it comes up with “403 error”.
Has anyone else had this? The kind people at support have been unable to find a fix so far unfortunately…
I have of course tried it with multiple different devices and internet connections. On a computer which I had never used to log in I was able to see the site, but as soon as I logged in it came up with the same 403 message.
Any advice helpful, and hopefully for others!
