You won’t find out if the dwelling is only reached by stairs unless you see it mentioned in description or ask !

I don’t understand what you mean ?
You have “Eleverator” in the filters, so if you use it, you should only see homes with elevators ? Isn’t it enough ?
How does the algorithm know that a house has five flights of stairs and no elevator unless the listing has it in the house description text ? Stairs vs elevator should be in house rules !

Perhaps in the future searches can delineate properties that have stairs and pets ?
As in stairs are not to our liking whereas caring for a cat is to our liking.

I still don’t get it. If it’s an apartement and the listing has no elevator item, you can consider it has no elevator, right ?
What if it’s on the ground floor? Maybe it should be asked to the member to specify the floor when he indicates that is home is an apartment. And then you can check the amenities to see if there is an elevator or not.
Yes of course, everything can’t be filtered. If it’s something important to you, you just Ask the member 
No I meant asked by the website, sorry that was unclear. If you check “apartment”, then you have to fill a case with the floor? Just a suggestion.

Whether a property has stairs or elevator is mostly an issue for the elderly. So the “ Stairs NO Elevator “ being communicated prominently should be treated like a property having a pet to care for …………… should be prominently displayed/conveyed ! Even better would be allowing the algorithm to learn these details so searches can select “ elevator “ or “ cat “ as if a preference of the searcher !

I became aware that my rate of response effects my rating which is less than 100% !
So I went about trying to clear the “ unreplied “ and this is what I got.
57 messages are shown in the window.
But only “ deleted homes “ appear in the roster !
