Starting in October, we’ll gradually be rolling out an updated version of the HomeExchange messaging system on the website.
Here’s what you can look forward to:
See the key details at a glance – dates, trips, photos and location will be visible directly from your conversation list, without having to open each conversation.
Keep your conversations organised – new filters will make it easier to find what you’re looking for, such as sent requests versus received requests.
Find conversations faster – our improved search will let you search by first name or location, making it much easier to find the conversation you need.
The new messaging system will be rolled out gradually throughout October, so don’t worry if you don’t see these changes just yet!
This update is the result of lots of feedback from our community. A huge thank you to everyone who takes the time to share their comments and suggestions with us. Your feedback helps us make HomeExchange better every day
