Hey Lauren, great to hear from you. I used to live the area too! We still have a condo on High Park Ave but now live in Davisville near Yonge/Eg. Your place looks great - I’ll keep it in mind. I hope you had a great Home Exchange Day! 
We had a great HomeExchange day. We had more guests than we anticipated. Lots of great conversations about excellent stays, tips on accommodations, tips on creating better home guides. Hope to reconnect with these folks again soon. It was a lot of fun. Looking forward to next year.

I wish I had taken pictures! We are having such fun and then it wrapped up very quickly. I didn’t get a chance to snap any pics. Definitely at the next one! PS everyone was so helpful cleaning up that would’ve been a good picture too.

Hi Ralph! Happy to hear it went well. Yes, we’re hosting one as well, tomorrow in the evening from 6-8pm. We currently have 15 folks signed up for a drop-in style event with refreshments, where we’ll cover a number of topics and share our experience. Were there any topics that your guests brought up that you hadn’t thought of ahead of time that I should consider? Let me know! xx

We all noticed a significant decline in requests this year - no one had a good answer. Would love to get perspectives of others and maybe tips of how to attract more HE members to our homes.

I’m glad the event went well, but sorry to hear you are struggling to find guests. Using networks such as this Forum and the Facebook members groups are a great help. Also it might be worth double checking your calendar settings to check your dates are open for the correct type of exchanges maybe?
