I wish there was a way to know who is ok staying with certain pets. We have a cat and dog at home (Barcelona), so I am very reluctant to suggest reciprocal exchanges not knowing who is comfortable with pets.
Also, for our family, staying in a home with a cat is a plus and we would like a filter for cats in the affirmative.
You can join groups like ‘Cat lovers’ and ‘Dog lovers’ and use that as a filter to find people who are more likely to accept an exchange with homes with

I totally agree @Sarah13 - I used to have my apartment on Airbnb and made it clear that a cat was going to be here.
What was fantastic was that many people missed their animals at home and were delighted to have Violet with them.
Has the ability to search by groups in the filter disappeared? It seems to be gone now.
It wasn’t perfect, but it was one of the only ways to see if people might be willing to exchange cat sitting.

Is the ‘filter by group membership’ option coming back any time soon?
Fully agree with you Sarah ! It would be great to be able to select homes with cats or other pets.
Hi @Sarah13 thanks for your suggestion. Although it isn’t possible to use the search function to find people who are pet friendly, I do find it very handy that you can see on members profiles if they have any animals at home. For example we have a cat, so if I see that a member who wants to exchange with me also has a cat then they will probably be happy to look after mine
