Our 1 bedroom apartment in Greenwich Village, NYC is next to the Hudson River Park.

I could be interested in a swap with you for even a month, as I’m newly retired, too. We are experienced home exchangers, we live close to Barcelona and by a wonderful beach. No need to have a car. Warm weather and lots of things to do at less than 2 hours from our home. Lots of low cost flights from BCN airport to many European capitals that help you visit most European capital cities. I love cats and we are used to care for them when swapping homes.

Your family group seems to be 4 which is too many for our apartment which only has one bedroom & one bathroom.
We do have an airbed for overnight guests. It gets used in the living room.
