We are interested in having a home exchange Either reciprocal (simultaneous or not) or GP. Our available dates are from mid July to mid September
For exchange we are offering our country house in Pedreguer, Alicante (Spain). One needs a car to explore the area. There are two bikes available. We are also willing to exchange cars if we both parts find it convenient (our car is old but functional, with not a lot of mileage and has A.C.).
Closest airports are Valencia or Alicante (both 1 hr drive to our country house).
We are specially interested in travelling to Iceland, Sweden, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia but we are also open to many other destinations.
Our farmhouse is about 15 mins away driving from several small and big beaches, and one km away from the village (Pedreguer, 8,000 inhabitants) with supermarkets, pharmacies, doctors, some restaurants …
There are many hiking/walking paths in the mountains around. From Dénia there are ferries that go to the Balearic Islands (Mallorca, Ibiza, etc).
We would prefer to stay at a house a long period of about three to five weeks ending towards the end of August of this year, so we could better explore the area at a slow pace. But we are open to many suggestions and a shorter period of time.
There is a cat 
in the house, Isabel, who needs to have her dry food and water refilled. If you are taking a trip for several days away from hour home, the cat would need to have more food and water available. She goes to the bathroom in the earth, so no need to take care of any litter box. She also goes in and out the house via her microchip cat flap.

We are 58 and 62 (artist and teacher, freelancers). We have had 5 home exchanges through another website now absorbed by Home exchange.
