This message is for members using Apple phones: maybe you’ve already noticed some recent changes in the app? If not, don’t worry — we’re rolling them out gradually, and they’ll be arriving very soon. In the meantime, I encourage you to update the app if you haven’t done so yet.
Here’s a quick overview of the improvements:

Messaging: new filter layout — we’ve redesigned how filters are displayed so you can more easily browse and find the messages you’re looking for (Favorite messages, Unread, Unanswered, etc.) for quicker access.

Exchanges section: a simplified view of the details related to your interactions.

Exchanges section: we’ve merged several screens to help you more easily find all your important information.
