The new GuestPoints algorithm came in to effect yesterday. To see whether your points valuation has changed you will need to log into your account, select my account, my home and then click on GuestPoints. Here you can see what your recommended GuestPoints amount is. Of course not all homes will see a change, some will remain the same. If you have any issues with your new valuation then please contact member services using this form: https://help.homeexchange.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
