My biggest pet peeve with Home Exchange is the message system, specifically the lack of functionality in the search engine. I have 1000s of messages in my message box from 20+ years of being a member, but there is absolutely no way for me to find an old message request without scrolling back page by page. If I want to find a request that came in 3 months ago from London, I should be able to simply type “London” in the search bar to have all messages from this location brought to the top. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when people reach out about an exchange 1+ years in the future and you agree to get back to them closer to the date… It’s really, really hard to uncover those old messages.
Please work on addressing this issue!
