Hello, dear HomeExchange community,
We are a family of four — two adults and two children aged 7 and 12 — and we are looking for a long-term home exchange of at least three months.
At the moment, we are especially interested in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland, as we would love to get to know a new region and may even consider relocating in the future. However, we are open to exchanges anywhere in the world and are very flexible regarding dates.
In return, we offer our beautiful tiny house in the Algarve, located in a friendly surf camp surrounded by nature. The house can accommodate up to four people and is comfortable throughout the year. The Algarve is also a wonderful destination in every season.
The camp is particularly suitable for families. Many other families, mainly from Germany and the Netherlands, live or stay there, and everyone speaks English. There is a warm sense of community, plenty of opportunities for children to meet and play, and regular shared activities. At the same time, our home is on a private and secluded plot, making it a peaceful place for anyone looking for quiet, privacy, and beautiful surroundings.
The house offers a lovely view towards Portimão. It is also ideal for remote work, with reliable Starlink internet and a separate workspace located in an additional small house.
We also have a cat, but she can travel with us, so looking after her would not necessarily be part of the exchange.
A reciprocal exchange would be our preferred option, but we are also open to an exchange using GuestPoints.
