If you are seeking a family to stay at your home in exchange for GPoints for a period of nearly six months while you are in South America, the current rate of 235 GP per night may make it quite challenging for most people to accumulate the necessary amount of points. I would suggest considering a reduction in your GP rate to make the stay more feasible for potential guests.
Welcome to the Forum and to HomeExchange. What a wonderful adventure you have planned. Your apartment is beautiful and iâve added it to my favourites, although I have to admit that England is not quite a glamorous as South America 
I have moved your post to the âBoost my listingâ section as I think you will get more interest here. I have also added the âlong-termâ tag too. Can I ask, are you looking for somewhere to stay in South America, or have you already arranged accommodation there? I ask this because I want to try and give some advice, but the advice is different depending on whether you wish to find a reciprocal exchange, or whether you are looking for guests in your home in exchange for Guest Points.

Not necessarly. You can also search for a reciprocal exchange without points.
