If you are seeking a family to stay at your home in exchange for GPoints for a period of nearly six months while you are in South America, the current rate of 235 GP per night may make it quite challenging for most people to accumulate the necessary amount of points. I would suggest considering a reduction in your GP rate to make the stay more feasible for potential guests.
Welcome to the Forum and to HomeExchange. What a wonderful adventure you have planned. Your apartment is beautiful and i’ve added it to my favourites, although I have to admit that England is not quite a glamorous as South America 
I have moved your post to the ‘Boost my listing’ section as I think you will get more interest here. I have also added the ‘long-term’ tag too. Can I ask, are you looking for somewhere to stay in South America, or have you already arranged accommodation there? I ask this because I want to try and give some advice, but the advice is different depending on whether you wish to find a reciprocal exchange, or whether you are looking for guests in your home in exchange for Guest Points.

I am looking for someone to stay with us long term and why not if accommodation suits us different places in Argentina, Chile and northeast Brazil
