Yoj should have it in Dutch too if you type “Amsterdam” when searching the FAQ in Dutch if needed
Your information is old Etienne! Amsterdam agrees with reciprocal exchanges without permit!
If you want to do Guestpoint Exchanges, you are right and you need a permit for maximum 30 days a year, and maximum 4 persons.
Amsterdam thinks GP’s have an economical value, so they think you are an Airbnb and need a permit…
If you do only reciprocal exchanges, it is allowed without permit and without restrictions!
