I loved my exchange in Zaragoza last summer. Not very famous so very few touristes, great area, desert, mountains etc

I have loved my exchanges to Costa de la Luz and also to the lovely town of Salamanca, the scenery along the Rioja river in Salamanca hinterland, very close to the Portuguese border. And also Zaragoza with hinterland as already mentioned above.
And Burgos in the north was also a lovely town.
The Murcia region.
We also loved our stay in Vera Playa, barely into the AndalucĂa region, bordering Murcia.

I spent a week in Cazorla, Jaén—picturesque mountain villages, olive groves everywhere, and stunning hiking paths in the natural park. It felt super peaceful and less touristy. I got a great deal on flights through https://travelbusinessclass.com , which actually made getting to such a remote spot easier and a bit more affordable than I expected. Totally worth checking out if you’re looking for quiet and nature.

I live in Palencia and it’s the perfect place to get to know the north of Spain. Near some amazing cities like Valladolid, Burgos, Leon… And near the mountains to go climbing, hiking… The perfect mix between nature and city.
My home is available in July and August, please have a look and let me know if you’d like to spend some days here

That sounds like a beautiful place to visit

One of our favorite hidden gems in Spain is Cazorla, in Jaén. Nestled in the Sierras de Cazorla Natural Park, it offers stunning hikes, olive groves, and peaceful villages. Far from the crowds, it’s perfect for nature lovers and tranquility seekers. Great local food, too! Highly recommend for anyone wanting an authentic and relaxing Spanish escape…Hope it help

Albalat dels Sorells – Authentic Valencian life just minutes from Valencia city & beaches

If you are looking for a lesser-known destination in Spain that combines authentic local life, easy access to a vibrant city, and beautiful Mediterranean beaches, I would love to recommend my village: Albalat dels Sorells, in the Valencia region.

It’s a small and peaceful Valencian village surrounded by orange groves, just 15–20 minutes from Valencia city centre (by car or metro) and very close to the beaches of Port Saplaya and Patacona.

What I love about living here:

:tangerine: Authentic atmosphere – no mass tourism, real local life, traditional bakeries, small bars and cafés.
:person_biking: Amazing cycling routes – completely flat roads through orchards and countryside, perfect for relaxed rides.
:ocean: Close to the sea – quiet beaches nearby, and also the Albufera Natural Park for sunsets and boat rides.
:cityscape_at_dusk: Valencia city at your doorstep – architecture, City of Arts & Sciences, incredible food, festivals and culture.
:sun_with_face: Mild weather almost all year round.

It’s the perfect base if you want to explore Valencia and the coast while staying somewhere calm and authentic.

We are happy to welcome respectful guests to our home and would love to start receiving more travellers this year
