I see you aren’t yet subscribed to HE. Many members wont consider your requests or ask you to host them if you dont have the yellow badge for subscribed members.
If you’re looking for guestpoints you should put all of your calendar in blue. 85% of exchanges are done with points. Green means you’re looking for people interested in both points or reciprocal, so your calendar wont be seen by those only offering points.

Thanks for asking on how to spruce up your listing to attract guests. With over 50 successful exchanges, I use my eyes first. Photos that tell a story are most interesting to me. what does your home look like? (suggest exterior as first photo) rooms for living (including photos of seating, as chairs and sofas with arms are important in our older age), bedrooms (with bed sizes please), and bathrooms.

Suggest that you reduce the number of people your home can sleep so you attract couples and trios that will enjoy your space.
Your home is quite lovely! You might want to lower the toilet seat for the bathroom photo.
Your profile is great and friendly, perhaps put an intro in your home description so members can know that you and your cat (give his name and age) are ready to travel.
