Hi everyone! I’m Colette and I live in Coffs Harbour on Australia’s east coast, half way between Sydney and Brisbane. My husband Rod and I have loved sharing our beautiful area with many wonderful home exchangers and in return we have had some amazing exchanges ouselves since we started exchanging over 20 years ago. It is just the best way to travel and live like a local.

We’re watching The Tourist on Netflix which is set in Australia and thinking how huge Australia is and how we might need a few months to see it

Yes, definitely need lots of time to get around all of Aus. We find the same in the US - so much to see. We have had some great trips and exchanges there and particularly love your beautiful National Parks. Hope it’s not too long before you are able to head Down Under.

Since we start exchanging homes Australia was on our list. But we’ve never been there before.

We are hoping to get to Italy in the next year or two and very much appreciate your offer to meet up. We last went to Italy on our honeymoon nearly 30 years ago so are very keen to travel there again and see more of the country and taste all that wonderful food and wine!
