Getting Rid of inactive/not responding listings

Too often there appears to be lots of options in a location I am searching, but the majority are not actually interested in exchanging, they only signed up, presumably for the points in order to get a free vacation. If the majority of listings on HE are not active or not responding, why don’t they get rid of those listings? Apparently even owners who have sold their homes are still listed!!!

There have been clean ups and I suppose there will be more.

I would like to have removed/delisted all those who don’t respond, after receiving warning notices after (say) two complaints or are tracked by HE as non-responders.

Another group that deserves to be axed are those that only respond long after the requested dates of travel…

Please read old posts, soon a new feature will block members to answer after an exchange, or if they do , it won’t make their answer value better anyway

I am one of this: new and disappearing.
paid for my membership in October, but started to fill up my profile only yesterday in April. I had and have issues with my health. I was planning to travel, instead I am stuck in home between hospitals and surgeries.
Still don’t have pictures for both houses . Need to clean houses and make pictures.
As well I am still very confused about whole platform.
What is this guest point value thing ?
Should I make it low or high?
How I can earn points by hosting, if my guest is a new as well, and if she doesn’t have many guest points ? I don’t want to take her first welcome guest points .
Why I can’t select 3 descriptions of my house? I would like” countryside, isolated, waterfront “. Now I have to choose between countryside and isolated
