Challenge with a GP exchange

Hello Forum

I have a challenge with my next GP-exchange. When I received the request I assumed that it was Mr. X and Miss X themselves who came, since the request did not say otherwise. It now turns out - a week before - that it is their 21-year old daughter and a friend who are coming. I feel that I have been misled. I would not have accepted this GP if I had knew that it was two young people who were going to live in my apartment. I would prefer to cancel, but can I - without getting into a bad reputation.

Lessons learned and next time I will ask if it’s not mentioned in the request.

Hello Tina, members can only share their account with their adult children if their ‘child’ still lives in the family home. If they live independently they cant yse their parents’ account.
