Bugs on the platform, no help

Hi everyone,

We’ve been members for a good while, and been really happy with the service and the community. Lately however, we’ve discovered bugs on the website which I find quite annoying:

Most of all the people who has added our home to their favourites have disappeared. Right now it’s just 3 pages with the first people who added our home some years back, and we had 10+ pages on “They love home”. This messes with our ability to organize our holidays with people who would be happy to exchange with us because we can’t FIND them.

I’ve tried to contact HomeExchange about this, and I’ve got the automatic email that they will answer within 48 hours, but I’ve heard nothing.

Anybody else who notices this?

I’m really sorry that you have not had a response from member support just yet. I have messaged them to ask them to follow up with this - it sounds to me like there is a big on your account.

Thank you so much for your kind reply, hopefully they’ll follow up and fix this.

I have a similar but different problem: I can see which members like our home, but when I click on the listing, I’m being send to my dashboard page … So that’s not very handy either. Maybe the same bug?
