Being able to add text to your pictures

I know it has been suggested to HE before, but it has never been installed yet.

I would love it if we were able to add text to pictures we add to our profile.

Because that’s not possible, I add text to the pictures themselves and upload them. However, it’s a lot more work, doesn’t look as nice and of course, many people don’t go to this trouble or don’t know how to do this. Now, I often see homes with pictures of things in their environment, and I would love to read how far from their home they are, but it’s not on the pictures and not in their description. If it would be easy to do so, I hope they would add this.

We used to be able to do this before the merger. I have asked before to have it reinstalled. It would be very helpful.

I would also find this feature very useful! Sometimes pictures need a little explanation, sometimes it is just helpful to have some context.

Hi,
a year has already passed and we haven’t heard anything from HE about this issue, neither positive nor negative. I’d like to know whether this is something being considered as an improvement for the near future, or if there is no intention of implementing it.

I am not aware of this update - however I have raised the suggestion again with the product team for their consideration.
