Hello from Michigan, USA!
We’re a homeschooling family with three children looking for an exchange in May 2026 (with some flexibility on exact dates). Ideally, we’d love a reciprocal swap, but we’re also open to GP if someone would like to stay in our home at the same time (we don’t have enough points to book a GP stay without hosting as well).
Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood with private beach access to Lake Michigan. It’s family-friendly, thoughtfully designed, and fully equipped for kids of all ages.
The first week of May is Tulip Time Festival in Holland, which fills our town with millions of tulips, parades, and Dutch heritage celebrations — it’s a wonderful time to visit! In May, the weather is generally mild (highs around 60°F/15°C, though it can range from the 50s–70s). You’ll get a true taste of spring on the lake, with blooming trees, fresh air, and fewer summer crowds.
We’re open to a variety of destinations within about an 8-hour flight from Chicago — Europe, Central America, the Caribbean, or elsewhere in North America.
