Hi! We are a child-friendly home in Tampa, Florida! Our home is suitable for families with kids of all ages.

We can accommodate as many as 6 adults and 4 small children (we have 2 cribs and 2 pack n plays) and can arrange for more twin mattresses if needed. The home is 5 bedrooms.

We would prefer a Guest Point exchange of at least 10-14 days Summer of 2026, but dates and length are flexible.

We have a pool with child safety gate for peace of mind with little ones, a playground in our backyard, toddler slide, baby toys, high chair/booster seat, stroller, and a large playground for all ages in our neighborhood which is part of a gated community.

We have a child / baby friendly 4 bed villa in the lovely town of Whanganui (New Zealand) - available for an extended GP exchange, preferably 1 to 3 weeks.

A vibrant, historic town on the banks of the Whanganui River. It is a UNESCO city of design: equal parts historic charm and buzzy creative vibe. Think river, cafés, galleries, museum and parks. Within 15 mins of black sand beaches, lakes and National Parks. 2 Hours from Wellington / New Plymouth, 90 mins to ski fields.

  • 1905 weatherboard villa with wood floors, sash windows, high ceilings throughout

  • Sandpit, mud kitchen, swing, slide and lots of toys / highchair, cot, next to me crib etc. for kids

  • Two double bedrooms with comfortable Queen size beds

  • Single child’s bedroom & Nursery for baby / toddler. We also have space for 2 single/ 1 double air mattresses

  • Spa pool, BBQ and outdoor deck for cocktails and entertaining

  • Mid century and vintage furniture and small niche record collection

  • Perfect spot for a workation with desk set up

We are a couple in our 40s with two little boys and recently moved to New Zealand from Londond. We joined HomeExchange last year and had two wonderful exchanges in London and are keen to share our home with other travellers in the community

    Our own home is a modern, bright, and very practical house just 15 minutes from Valencia (by car) and 20 minutes (underground or bus).

    Perfectly positioned for both sun and scenery: you are just 15 minutes from the nearest beach and a short drive from mountain trails and charming rural villages.
