Hi! We are a child-friendly home in Tampa, Florida! Our home is suitable for families with kids of all ages.
We can accommodate as many as 6 adults and 4 small children (we have 2 cribs and 2 pack n plays) and can arrange for more twin mattresses if needed. The home is 5 bedrooms.
We would prefer a Guest Point exchange of at least 10-14 days Summer of 2026, but dates and length are flexible.
We have a pool with child safety gate for peace of mind with little ones, a playground in our backyard, toddler slide, baby toys, high chair/booster seat, stroller, and a large playground for all ages in our neighborhood which is part of a gated community.
We have a child / baby friendly 4 bed villa in the lovely town of Whanganui (New Zealand) - available for an extended GP exchange, preferably 1 to 3 weeks.

About us:
We are a couple in our 40s with two little boys and recently moved to New Zealand from Londond. We joined HomeExchange last year and had two wonderful exchanges in London and are keen to share our home with other travellers in the community

My name is Carme and Iβm writing to you from Moncada, near Valencia. I live here with my family: partner and 2 kids (5 and 9 years old). We are respectful and tidy group of travelers who would like to start the HomeExchange experience.
Our own home is a modern, bright, and very practical house just 15 minutes from Valencia (by car) and 20 minutes (underground or bus).
Perfectly positioned for both sun and scenery: you are just 15 minutes from the nearest beach and a short drive from mountain trails and charming rural villages.
Itβs perfect for families, with a large inner courtyard, a library, a playroom, and a lovely garden terrace.
Iβm Leen and Iβm new here. Together with my travel partner Johan, weβve listed our home, Jolene, online. Our house, with a heated pool, is located in Belgium, in the north of Limburg, near the Dutch border. Itβs very family-friendly, has a fully fenced garden, and is situated on a cul-de-sac next to a playground.
We can accommodate a maximum of 8 people (6 fixed beds + 2 inflatable air mattresses). The house is available from April until the end of the year, including the Easter holidays.
