I totally agree! A private way to keep organized during any given search would be amazingā¦ today I use a spreadsheet or powerpoint to keep notes, which is a pain. I would love to keep all the homes, conversations, and my thoughts/notes together.

Because, if they donāt even introduce this feature, all this group is quite vane.

You mean unacceptable.
As Imwood wrote this must be private. It should give us the possibility to write notes. Till now, if for example, I make a search for a GP exchange in Rome, I make a long hand-written list of the available homes with notes about their pros and cons. This, of course, takes hours. Then I choose the best 5 and after 2/3 days I choose another 5. (Unfortunately, I actually tried twice Rome with GP ā¦ with no success. Some replied sincerely that in March/April they rent it out).

To comment your question about New features, the staff is working on long Time, itās not just a few weeks. New features are already chosen for the next months of early 2025. Any New feature is analysed, impact checked within several services etc, then if chosen, developped. It could take months, at least, itās not just a guy in his garage who decides this alone 
and even if members vote for it, itās just suggestions, they are not forced to do it if they feel itās not a good thing for the platform ( not talking about this feature but generally)

This would be a fantastic thing and save untold hours of checking the same listings over and over just to have the light bulb go on in my head as to why I had already concluded that the exchange would not be suitable. There are many possible reasons that are no reflection on the person whose listing it is but simply on whether it would be suitable (e.g., steep stairs, no elevator, toddlers in exchange party, tiny kitchen, no availabiliy). Everyone has their own priorities for what is a suitable exchange.

YES! My vote is to put this at the very top of the website updates. I spend SO MUCH TIME scrolling through homes Iāve already seen and Iām not interested in

Hi Etienne, Is there a āmember advisory councilā that they run by new changes with? Not just ambassadors but members who are specifically tasked with giving feedback on potential new features? I think that would go a LONG way to make members feel more heard and having functionality thatās actually useful. Andrea

No thereās not. But the staff takes feedback from the hundreds of ambassadors we are, with thousands of members who are posting in the Facebook groups etc
I still think itās worth considering an advisory group just related to UI on the website ā so itās a conversation versus just sifting through facebook and forum responses. Hard to get a sense of what the most pressing needs are there.
Donāt hesitate to add your idea to the suggestion box of this forum about this
