We were a bit worried how people would treat our home and how we would find it. When we returned, everything was spic and span and our guests were doing the laundry.

Like @Trenke, I had concerns about how people would treat our home, but all our furniture was second hand or from Ikea at the time, so it wasn’t that big of a fear.
I think my biggest fear was that I would accidentally break someone’s family heirloom…

Hello,
we usually also exchange cars, and my biggest worry was/ still is, what happens if there is an accident with the car.
I am not so concerned about the house as nearly everything is replaceable with a shopping tour to ikea.
