Iām not sure it would be wise for me to admit this - but I donāt at the moment. We have a very modern house with a 100% flat roof. Only 3 insurers would insure our home and currently none cover HomeExchange. There are companies that specialise in short term rental insurance which you purchase just for a week or two whenever you have guests staying. I plan to do this.
